Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program successfully Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties Represent sellers and buyers by skillfully negotiating offers Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host a minimum of two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines Actively participate in team meetings and activities as required Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and effectively market properties Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, staging, and other essential listing services
