This role is critical in bringing our core values to life each day. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner, both in person and over the phone. Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and available units while creating a personalized experience for each prospect. Answer questions and provide accurate information about leasing terms, pricing, and property policies. Assist in processing lease applications and conducting background checks with attention to detail and integrity. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow up activities. Coordinate move in and move out processes, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents. Support resident retention efforts through effective communication, relationship building, and timely service. Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and well presented community environment.
Qualifications/Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a combination of an Associate's Degree and 1 year of relevant work experience or a High School diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience will be required. Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their CALP designation. Prior experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Proficiency in property management software, Entrata is preferred and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid state issued driver's license required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds and fifty (50) with assistance. Regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, meetings or other situations necessary for the completion of some or all of the daily responsibilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend.
