Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and referrals to expand a client base. Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in Charleston-North Charleston, SC. Prepare and present competitive market analyses to help clients make informed decisions. Negotiate offers and contracts with the best interests of the clients in mind, ensuring favorable outcomes. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase listings effectively and attract potential buyers or renters.

Qualifications:

Must have an active SC Real Estate License (NC a plus!). Self-motivated & goal-oriented. Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies. Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude. Serve as a committed advocate for clients and their goals. Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
