Job Description
An established multifamily management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team at a well-maintained apartment community in the Spartanburg area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leasing professional who enjoys helping prospective residents find their next home while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities. Respond promptly to phone, online, and walk-in inquiries. Qualify prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process. Prepare leases, move-in documentation, and related paperwork. Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into leases. Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive resident relationships. Inspect model apartments, vacant homes, and community amenities to ensure tour readiness. Assist with resident events, marketing initiatives, and outreach efforts. Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives. Maintain knowledge of the local apartment market and competitive communities. Collaborate with the onsite management team to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction goals. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience required. Experience with Yardi, RENTCafe, and RENTCafe CRM is strongly preferred. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
