The ideal person is a people person who is patient, easygoing, positive, and genuinely enjoys making residents feel at home. This position is more than leasing apartments — you'll help create a community residents love. Responsibilities Greet and build relationships with prospective and current residents. Conduct apartment and community tours. Lease apartments and follow up with prospective residents. Assist residents with questions and concerns. Plan and coordinate resident events and food trucks. Create and post engaging social media content. Help improve the resident experience and overall community. Maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere in the leasing office.
