We're looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team at 4830 Wescott Apartments! We're looking for someone who is welcoming, fun, kind, patient, easygoing, and confident. Our ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping prospective residents find a place they're excited to call home. What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and provide a warm, friendly first impression of our community. Conduct engaging and personalized apartment tours, showcasing available and vacant homes. Use strong sales and communication skills to turn tours into leases and help the community reach its occupancy goals. Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process and maintain consistent communication. Guide new residents through the application and move-in process, answering questions and making the transition as smooth as possible. Build positive relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service. Assist with marketing efforts, social media, and promoting the community. Help coordinate resident events, food trucks, and community activities that bring residents together. Bring creativity to the community by helping decorate and maintain a welcoming, inviting leasing office. Work closely with the property management team to support the overall success of the community. Assist with other leasing and office responsibilities as needed.
