Leasing Agent —
Data Center & Industrial Workforce Housing Reporting:
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location:
Hendersonville, TN Work Model:
This role is primarily in office with some occasional off-site hours.
Compensation:
$100-$150k (base + commission)
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life, PTO/Holiday Position Overview Celebrity Coaches and BandWagon have spent two decades building and operating a 120+ vehicle fleet of luxury motorcoaches and specialty sleeper RVs for the entertainment touring industry. We're now applying that same fleet — Luxury Motorcoaches and Specialty Sleeper RVs — to a new market: move-in-ready, scalable mobile housing for the data center construction industry. Hyperscale data centers are increasingly being built in remote or rural markets that don't have enough local housing for the construction workforce. We believe our fleet is a strong fit to fill that gap. The Leasing Agent, Data Center & Industrial Workforce Housing will own this vertical from the ground up: prospecting and building relationships with general contractors (GCs) and man-camp / workforce housing providers, scoping site headcount and timelines, and closing leases that put our coaches and RVs to work housing crews on-site. This is a founder-style, individual-contributor sales role for someone who is energized by opening a brand-new market rather than managing an established one. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Pipeline Building Proactively identify data center construction projects nationwide — new hyperscale campus announcements, permitting activity, economic development bulletins, and industry news — with a focus on remote or under-housed markets. Build and maintain a target list of general contractors, construction management firms, and man-camp / workforce housing providers active in data center construction and adjacent large-scale industrial builds. Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, industry trade shows, and referrals. Log all prospect activity, project details, and follow-ups in Attio to keep an accurate, current pipeline. Site Scoping & Solution Design Gather the details that drive a proposal — on-site crew headcount, project timeline and duration, site location and access, and any existing housing infrastructure. Size and configure the right mix of Luxury Motorcoaches (6- or 12-bunk, full bath, kitchen, lounge) and Specialty Sleeper RVs (9- or 10-bunk, no CDL required) to fit the customer's headcount, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with Fleet Management and Operations to confirm vehicle availability and deployment logistics before quoting. Quoting, Negotiation & Deal Execution Prepare and present pricing proposals for both short-term and long-term deployments. Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and deployment schedules to close business. Own the deal from first contact through signed lease and on-site deployment, handing off cleanly to Operations for delivery and setup. Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for GC and man-camp accounts, building relationships that lead to repeat business across multiple sites and project phases. Understand each account's broader project pipeline so Celebrity Coaches / BandWagon is positioned early for future phases and new sites. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track data center construction activity, man-camp industry trends, and competing mobile-housing options. Provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts to leadership. Feed customer and market insight back to leadership to help shape fleet allocation and pricing strategy for this vertical. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Marketing on outbound campaigns and sales collateral aimed at the construction and industrial market. Coordinate with Fleet Management and Operations on vehicle delivery, positioning, and servicing at remote job sites. Work with Accounting on invoicing structures for extended, stationary industrial leases, which differ from day-rate touring billing. Qualifications Required 3+ years of B2B sales, leasing, business development, or account management experience — ideally in construction, industrial services, workforce housing, or equipment/fleet rental. Track record of prospecting and closing deals with general contractors, construction management firms, or similar industrial buyers. Strong negotiation, proposal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate a customer's headcount, timeline, and site constraints into a right-sized housing solution. Comfortable managing a pipeline in a CRM (Attio or similar). Valid driver's license and ability to travel to prospect meetings and job sites, sometimes on short notice. Self-directed and comfortable building a new market from the ground up, without an established playbook. Preferred Existing relationships with general contractors, construction management firms, or man-camp / workforce housing providers serving data center, energy, or heavy industrial construction. Experience selling into remote or rural construction sites. Familiarity with modular housing, man camps, RV/coach leasing, or other fleet-based rental models. Background in commercial vehicle, RV, or hospitality/lodging sales. Understanding of construction project timelines and procurement processes. Work Environment Based primarily in our Brentwood, TN office with regular travel to prospect meetings, industry conferences, and active or prospective job sites across the country. Expect a mix of desk-based prospecting (calls, email, CRM work) and in-person relationship building and site scoping. Standard office environment with frequent customer interaction. Flexibility required for occasional travel, after-hours, or weekend assignments. Physical Requirements & Travel Ability to travel frequently — expect up to 50% travel — for prospect meetings, industry events, and site visits, including remote or rural locations. Ability to walk active construction sites, which may require site-appropriate PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots). Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods when not traveling. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on closed business — final structure discussed during the interview process. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off and holidays. Travel and mileage reimbursement. Company phone / travel stipend.
