Leasing Professional A multifamily community in the Chattanooga area is hiring a motivated Leasing Professional to support leasing activity, resident communication, and day-to-day office operations. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, follows through consistently, and is comfortable working in a sales-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with prospects, organized with administrative tasks, and committed to creating a positive experience from the first inquiry through move-in. Key Duties Respond to phone, email, online, and walk-in leasing inquiries. Schedule and conduct tours of available apartment homes. Build rapport with prospective residents and help guide them through the leasing process. Maintain timely follow-up with leads and update prospect activity. Prepare applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in documents. Track apartment availability, upcoming notices, pricing, and leasing activity. Assist with advertising, social media, outreach marketing, and resident engagement. Support occupancy and renewal goals through consistent communication and follow-through. Keep the leasing office, model apartment, and tour areas presentable. Assist residents with general questions and direct service requests to the appropriate team member. Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and occasional Sundays. Preferred Background Previous experience in apartment leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working toward leasing and occupancy goals. Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple prospects, deadlines, and administrative responsibilities. Familiarity with property management or customer relationship software is preferred. Experience with Yardi or RentCafe is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
