Monday-Friday 9:00AM- 05:30 PM schedule with rotating weekends (flexibility and schedule support from the team). What you'll do Give friendly, energetic property tours and present available units in a way that makes prospects say "this is the one." Use OneSite for CRM, data entry, and lease documentation. Respond to resident and prospect inquiries quickly and professionally; help resolve issues with care. Keep leasing activities compliant with Fair Housing rules. Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely resolution of resident needs. Maintain clear, accurate records of leases, communications, and files. Create engaging social media content to showcase the property and attract new residents. Help with other tasks that keep the community running smoothly. Who we're looking for People‑first attitude — friendly, polished, and professional. Strong communicator who enjoys helping others and building relationships. Comfortable learning new software (OneSite) and creating social content. Reliable and detail‑oriented with a service mindset. Previous leasing or customer service experience.
