Homefront Property Management is looking for a licensed Tennessee Affiliate Broker to lease our vacant residential units as an independent contractor. This is a commission-based role with

ALL LEADS PROVIDED

• you will not be expected to prospect or generate your own business. We market the properties, field the inquiries, and hand you qualified prospects. Your job is to show the homes, follow up, and get leases signed. Ideal for an agent who wants steady lease-side income to complement their sales business, or a newer agent looking to build experience and cash flow quickly. What you'll do:
• Respond promptly to the leasing inquiries we route to you and schedule showings
• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants across the Memphis metro area
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the application process
• Communicate applicant status and feedback to the Homefront team
• Coordinate lease signing and move-in logistics with our office
• Represent Homefront Property Management professionally with prospects, tenants, and owners What we're looking for:
• Active Tennessee Affiliate Broker license (REQUIRED)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability for showings on weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with the Memphis area is a plus
• Prior leasing or property management experience is helpful but not required Compensation & terms:
• Independent contractor (1099) position
• set your own schedule
• Commission paid per signed lease; full details discussed at interview
• All leads provided by Homefront
• no cold calling or self-generated prospecting required
