Key Responsibilities:

Respond to leads via phone, email, and online platforms Tour and promote the property Track lead sources and trends Prepare units for showings and move-ins Screen applicants (background, income, rental history) Explain lease terms, deposits, and move-in procedures Provide resident support and resolve issues Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred 2+ years of leasing experience Strong communication, organization, and tech skills OneSite experience is a plus Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player Must have valid Drivers License, reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance
