What You'll Do Conduct property tours and highlight each home's features and lifestyle benefits Respond to all leasing inquiries promptly via phone, email, and walk-ins Guide prospects through the full leasing process, from application to move-in Prepare and execute lease agreements according to company policies and housing regulations Coordinate move-ins, and inspections Call warm leads and set up in person tours Maintain accurate leasing records in AppFolio (CRM system) Collaborate with marketing and onsite teams to ensure listings are accurate and visually appealing Complete market surveys and stay up to date on rental trends and competitor offerings Manage on site point of sale marketing collateral and ensure it is up to date Prospect and generate leads through personal social media and other activities Who You Are Proven success in sales or leasing (car sales, door-to-door, or real estate preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish - preferred Excellent communication, follow-up, and closing skills Ability to adapt to change in a high paced environment Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships Knowledge of leasing contracts, housing compliance, or property management preferred Familiarity with Section 8 housing is a plus Experience with AppFolio or similar leasing software helpful Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, property management software) Must be able to pass a background check No prior property management experience required — we'll train the right person.
