Arlington, TX Job Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Palace Apartments, a large multifamily community in Dallas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced leasing environment and is driven by results, occupancy growth, and commissions. You will play a key role in increasing occupancy, generating leads, and converting prospects into residents. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound leasing traffic (calls, texts, emails, walk-ins) Conduct property tours and close leases Follow up aggressively with prospects using CRM systems Post and manage listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Apartments.com Build relationships with local housing agencies and referral sources Execute leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets Maintain strong customer service and resident relations What We're Looking For Previous leasing or sales experience preferred (multifamily a plus) Strong closing and communication skills Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset Ability to work weekends (high traffic days) Familiarity with leasing software/CRM tools is a plus 1 to 2 years experience on leasing.
