What You'll Do Respond to prospective resident inquiries, conduct property and apartment tours, and follow up with leads throughout the leasing process. Process applications, prepare leasing documentation, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and maintain accurate prospect and resident records. Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents while providing responsive, professional customer service. Support leasing and occupancy goals through consistent follow-up, outreach, marketing activities, and an excellent prospect experience. Assist residents with questions, requests, renewals, notices, and other day-to-day community needs. Partner with the onsite team to ensure apartments are ready for tours and move-ins and the community consistently presents well. What We're Looking For Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or multifamily property management experience. Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to connect with prospective residents and confidently ask for the lease. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up and attention to detail. Comfortable conducting property tours, managing leads, processing applications, and supporting the full leasing cycle. Organized and able to manage multiple prospects, residents, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented with a genuine interest in creating a great resident experience.
