Licensed Real Estate Showing Specialist Bryan/College Station, TX | In Person | Commission-Based Turn Your Real Estate License Into Hands-On Experience The Kristi Fox Team is looking for a motivated, professional, and client-focused Licensed Real Estate Showing Specialist to help deliver an exceptional home-buying experience to our clients throughout the Bryan/College Station area. This is an active, people-focused role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, working directly with buyers, and helping clients find the right home. As a key part of the buyer experience, you'll guide qualified buyers through residential properties, provide a welcoming and knowledgeable showing experience, and serve as a professional representative of the Kristi Fox Team. This commission-based position is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your real estate sales skills, deepen your knowledge of the Bryan/College Station market, gain valuable experience working with active buyers, and contribute directly to successful real estate transactions. What You'll Do Show residential properties to qualified buyers throughout the Bryan/College Station area . Create a welcoming, informative, and professional experience at every showing. Help buyers navigate properties and answer general questions about homes and neighborhoods. Gather and communicate buyer feedback to the team following appointments. Coordinate closely and efficiently with our agents and support staff. Represent the Kristi Fox Team with honesty, professionalism, care, and a commitment to exceptional service. What We're Looking For Active Texas Real Estate License. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, organized, and punctual. Reliable transportation. Familiarity with the Bryan/College Station real estate market is preferred. Availability to work evenings and weekends based on client showing needs. You'll Be a Great Fit If You...
