JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Leasing Consultant/Sales Professional, you act as an ambassador for AM Hayden Properties to our current and future residents. You are the community's sales representative. You are the first point of contact for all potential customers and the face of the property. Your primary duties are to greet clients, present professionally the features and benefits of the community, properly secure lease agreements from qualified applicants and strive to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our CORE values of Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Excellence to all employees, residents and potential clients.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2

years experience in residential property management or sales experience Excellent leasing and closing skills Adaptable (able to understand and meet the needs of clientele with different backgrounds) Organized and detail oriented Proficient computer skills Ability to multitask Bilingual a plus
