Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants with enthusiasm, providing comprehensive tours of available units and community amenities. Manage lease or rental agreement processes from application through move-in, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Utilize property management tools to input data, track leasing activity, and generate reports. Assist in marketing efforts by upselling available units and promoting community features to prospective residents. Handle client communication professionally via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, tenant files, and legal documentation in accordance with company policies. Support property maintenance coordination and ensure adherence to Section 8, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Fair Housing regulations. Collaborate with team members to manage conflict resolution, conduct tenant screenings, and facilitate lease renewals. Contribute to budgeting processes by tracking leasing revenue and assisting with financial reporting. Support office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing contracts related to property leasing. Experience Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar tools is highly preferred. Preferred knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, LIHTC compliance, and facilities management practices. Demonstrated customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage conflict professionally while maintaining positive tenant relations. Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, legal administrative tasks, and contract management is essential. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse community effectively.
