Responsibilities:

As a Buyer's Agent , you will: Meet with qualified home buyers through company-provided appointments Build relationships and understand each client's home-buying goals Guide buyers through the real estate purchasing process Show homes and help clients evaluate properties Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers Communicate with clients throughout the transaction Follow up consistently with prospects and active buyers Use our CRM, lead management tools, and sales systems Coordinate with lenders, title companies, agents, and other transaction partners Provide an exceptional client experience from the initial consultation through closing Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development Build a referral-based business by delivering excellent service

Qualifications:

Active Texas Real Estate License
