- Base + Commissions Comfort Communities is seeking two motivated and experienced Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for real estate/property management, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of success. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in managing our inventory, executing marketing strategies, maintaining effective communication with prospects and residents, and overseeing leasing and administrative functions.

Ownership & Administration Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish required. 2+ years of experience in property management leasing and sales. Proven sales record with a focus on results and growth. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Clean MVR and valid drivers license.
