This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in enterprise software systems, system architecture, and business analysis to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. As an Odessa (LeaseWave) Consultant, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams, ensure seamless system integration, and provide technical troubleshooting support to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of LeaseWave lease management software, ensuring alignment with client requirements and enterprise standards Develop comprehensive solution architectures by integrating Service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and cloud security best practices Conduct requirements analysis and business process mapping to tailor LeaseWave functionalities for diverse client needs Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure system design supports scalable database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB Implement system integration using RESTful APIs, Web services, and scripting languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, or Ruby on Rails Manage version control processes utilizing tools like Git and Jenkins to support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Provide technical troubleshooting support for system issues related to application development, configuration management, load balancing, and system hardening Facilitate cross-functional communication among business analysts, systems engineers, developers, and clients to ensure project success Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement information security measures including VPNs, system hardening, threat intelligence analysis, and vulnerability management Experience Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise solutions implementation within IT environments involving complex systems integration Strong background in software development and implementation using languages such as Java, C#, Python, or C++ Hands-on experience with database systems including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL options like MongoDB or Cassandra Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS along with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi or Hyper-V Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban frameworks Demonstrated ability in systems engineering tasks such as operating systems management (Windows/Linux), network configuration (DNS, DHCP), and system administration tasks Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs), RESTful services, SOAP web services, and application development frameworks like React Express or Ruby on Rails Strong analytical skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design with excellent cross-functional communication skills Technical troubleshooting expertise across diverse IT domains including system hardening, load balancing, security assessments, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering innovative lease management solutions that empower our clients' success!
