Full Job Description Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our multifamily residential community, assisting prospective residents, and ensuring the satisfaction of current residents. Your goal will be to maintain stabilized occupancy rates, provide excellent customer service, communication, and contribute to the overall success of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lease Negotiation & Signing :
Show available apartments to prospective resident(s) and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and terms. Guide potential resident(s) through the application process, required rental criteria documentation, including move-in procedures and lease signing. Negotiate rental terms, plan rental pricing, and renew leases with current resident(s) with approval from supervisor.
Customer Service :
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective resident(s) through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. Address and resolve resident concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner (with follow-up as needed). Assist with move-in and move-out process following company policy.
Marketing & Advertising :
Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote community availability. Maintain an online presence on various advertising listing sites and social media platforms to attract leads/referrals. Schedule and conductcommunity tours, highlighting key amenities and features. Complete weekly marketing surveys.
Administrative Support :
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, move-in requirements, data entry, and resident information. Process supervisor reviewed rental applications and initiate background and credit checks. Track and report leasing activity, including occupancy rates and renewals.
Property Knowledge & Maintenance :
Keep updated on community reports, maintain prospect pipeline, pricing, and availability. Monitor the condition of available apartments, make-ready status, and common areas, reporting all maintenance needs as necessary. Ensure the community maintains a clean and welcoming environment for prospective resident(s) and current resident(s).
Qualifications :
Previous experience in multifamily and customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of duties efficiently. Must be able to work weekends. This role plays a key part in the success of any multifamily property by not only filling vacancies but also ensuring a positive experience for our residents throughout their lease term.
