- Corpus Christi, TX Owner-managed property management company seeking a motivated and dependable Leasing Agent to join our team at a 240-unit apartment community in Corpus Christi, TX. We're looking for energetic individuals who are excited about creating positive resident experiences and driving leasing success. Responsibilities
- Ensure model apartments and common areas are clean, organized, and ready to show.
- Greet prospective residents, answer questions, conduct tours, and promote community amenities.
- Prepare and complete lease agreements, collect rental deposits, and manage application files.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms, community policies, and property specifications.
- Handle resident requests and concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assist with property marketing efforts to attract new residents.
- Maintain resident and property files in an organized manner.
- Always present a professional appearance and positive attitude. Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills (phone, email, in person).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Valid Driver's License required. Benefits

- Monday
Friday:
8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (with one half-day off per week)
Saturday:
10:00 AM- 2:00 PM Compensation
- $15.00-16.00 per hour, based on experience and housing needs.
- Full-time position.
Pay:
$15.00- $16.
