LEASING SPECIALIST

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and outgoing Leasing Specialist to join our apartment community!

What You'll Do:

Tour apartments and help prospects find their new home Answer calls, emails, and online leads Follow up with prospects and pending applications Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins Assist current residents with questions and concerns Help market the property and generate new traffic Walk the property/vacant apartments and ensure it is clean and presentable Maintain accurate resident and prospect information Work with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly and professional Sales and customer-service driven Organized and detail-oriented Dependable with excellent attendance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Comfortable walking outdoors Positive, motivated, and ready to learn Apartment leasing experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important! Full-Time Position Hourly Pay + Leasing Commissions Opportunity for Growth Come join our team and help people find a place to call home!

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
