Job Summary Mosaic Residential is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join our award-winning team. What You'll Do Drive leasing performance and help achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Create an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through entire residency. Conduct engaging property, model, and apartment tours. Maintain prompt, consistent, and personalized follow-up with every prospect to maximize conversions. Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management tools such as OneSite. Familiarity with the TAA Lease Contract and Fair Housing Guidelines. Generate leads through local business outreach, preferred employer relationships, resident referrals, and community partnerships. Support online marketing, social media engagement, lead-generation campaigns, and reputation-management efforts. Assist with leasing events, open houses, outreach campaigns, and resident engagement initiatives. Accurately maintain prospect activity, follow-up, and leasing information in the property's CRM and management systems. Knock experience a plus. Stay informed about nearby competitors, market conditions, pricing, concessions, and leasing trends. Collaborate closely with on-site leadership and corporate support teams. Uphold Mosaic Residential's standards for customer service, branding, professionalism, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For At least one year of Class A multifamily leasing experience. Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing environment. Strong sales, closing, and objection-handling skills. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and maintain consistent prospect follow-up. A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service. High energy, enthusiasm, and confidence when engaging with prospective residents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing leasing priorities, pricing, and availability. Valid driver's license required. Ability to work in person and maintain a schedule that may include weekends, leasing events, and other peak-traffic periods.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
