Schedule:

Monday-Friday We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support a multifamily community in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills and be comfortable assisting residents and prospects in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Greet prospects and conduct property tours
• Assist residents and prospects in English and Spanish
• Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and records
• Conduct prospect follow-ups and assist with marketing and lead management
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Support the onsite team with daily office operations
• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience with property management software required
