Job Description

Job Summary If you get bored easily or feel stuck in one position with your leasing job, we have an exiting opportunity for you. We are looking for an individual who would enjoy working between two communities' in two different markets. We have a community in Dripping Springs and a community in Lakeway. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in leasing, property administration, and client communication while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with leasing activities across two properties, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements Manage lease or rental agreement documentation accurately using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm Support Fair Housing compliance Conduct data entry, filing, and recordkeeping for lease files, maintenance requests, and tenant correspondence Collaborate with team members on property management tasks such as budgeting, property maintenance coordination, and conflict resolution Upsell available property amenities or lease options to prospective tenants to maximize occupancy and revenue Skills Proficiency in property management software including Yardi Excellent customer service skills with effective phone etiquette and client communication abilities Experience with lease or rental agreement management, contracts negotiation, and conflict management strategies Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a busy office environment with attention to detail in data entry and filing Familiarity with property management tools for facilities management and property maintenance coordination Demonstrated team management skills along with the ability to work independently when needed Join us as a Floating Leasing Associate to make a meaningful impact on our residents' living experiences while advancing your career in property management. Pay:
$21.50 - $23.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
