Modern office setting We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing and be knowledgeable about the rental market. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for interacting with prospective tenants, showing available properties, negotiating rental terms, and ensuring all paperwork is properly completed. The Leasing Agent will also be responsible for aggressively marketing vacant suites/properties. This position does not require a Real Estate License. The candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must be bilingual in English and Spanish, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation for this position is based on an hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective tenants in selecting a rental unit. Provide information about the property, including amenities, rules, and regulations. Schedule and conduct tours of the properties and show available units. Review lease terms with tenants and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Maintain accurate records of all leases and rental agreements. Following up on leads and referrals for potential tenants.
