Amazing Commercial Realtor

The Amazing Brokerage is hiring a full-time Commercial Real Estate Agent to work directly with me, Danny Kelman, Broker/Owner of The Amazing Brokerage. This is not a traditional commercial real estate role. We are building a high-performance commercial division focused on generating business through outbound calling, relationship building, networking, and relentless follow-up.

You will be responsible for:

Calling existing company leads Prospecting local businesses daily Reaching out to property owners and tenants Attending networking events Building relationships with business owners Identifying companies that need office, retail, warehouse, or commercial space Setting appointments at our office at The Star in Frisco Your primary responsibility is generating opportunities and getting meetings set. Once the meeting is set, I will personally handle the deal with you and walk you through the entire process from consultation to touring, negotiation, and closing. Because of this, no prior commercial real estate experience is necessary.

Compensation:

50% commission split on all deals generated from company-provided opportunities and your own prospecting Unlimited income potential Direct mentorship from an active broker doing high-volume transactions At The Amazing Brokerage, we believe we train agents better than anyone in the industry.

Every day includes:

8:15 AM sales and philosophy training 9:00 AM company deal review calls Real-world training across commercial, residential, and apartment locating Hands-on mentorship in live deals We are a small team that produces massive volume. On any given day, we are actively working around 100 transactions across apartments, residential, and commercial real estate. This is not a "clock in and clock out" environment. We work extremely hard. Most people are not built for this level of intensity, accountability, and pressure. I'm writing this job description on a Sunday because it's the only time I have available to do it. Pay:

$100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
