Job Description

The Amazing Brokerage is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent to work directly with me, Danny Kelman, Broker/Owner of The Amazing Brokerage. We currently have a database of over 10,000 renters we've worked with over the years. Right now, we are aggressively reaching out to these leads to identify renters who may be ready to become homeowners — specifically through programs that allow them to purchase with little to no money out of pocket by utilizing down payment assistance and seller-paid closing costs. Your role will primarily focus on outbound calling, building relationships, and identifying qualified buyers from our existing lead database. This is NOT a cold-start real estate job where you're left on your own. The leads are provided, the systems are in place, and you will work directly alongside me through the entire process. Once you identify an interested client, you will schedule an in-office meeting with me at The Star in Frisco, and I will personally work the deal with you from consultation, touring, negotiation, and all the way through closing. No prior real estate experience is necessary. You will be trained directly by a high-volume brokerage and work side-by-side with an active broker throughout every transaction. However, there is one non-negotiable requirement: You MUST be able to consistently make 100 calls per day. This role is for someone hungry, disciplined, coachable, and obsessed with growth.
Compensation:
50% commission split on all deals closed from company-provided leads Full-time opportunity Massive income potential Goal is to close 5-10 transactions per month Currently, I personally close 1-2 of these deals monthly without a dedicated agent focused solely on this initiative Why The Amazing Brokerage? Our team has:
Daily 8:15 AM sales and philosophy training calls Daily 9:00 AM company deal review meetings Hands-on mentorship directly from leadership Real exposure to apartments, residential, and commercial real estate We are a small team that produces extremely high volume. On any given day, we are actively managing around 100 transactions across multiple sectors of real estate. This is not a casual environment. We work hard. Very hard. We are obsessed with excellence, growth, production, and becoming elite at what we do. Most weeks feel close to 7 days a week. I'm writing this job description on a Sunday because it's the only time I have available to do it. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
