The Role As our Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first impression and the lasting connection for everyone who walks through our door. You're not just showing units — you're helping people find their next home. What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents with genuine warmth and guide them through memorable property tours Manage the leasing process from first hello to signed lease with accuracy and care Prepare lease contracts and ensure all documentation complies with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law Conduct background checks and income verification with attention to detail Maintain current knowledge of availability and pricing to best match residents to their ideal home Resolve resident concerns professionally and with a people-first approach Coordinate with our maintenance team to ensure the property stays in top condition What You Bring Experience in leasing, customer service, or sales — real estate or property management preferred Familiarity with Resman is a plus, but not required — we'll get you up to speed Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations Strong communication skills, warm phone presence, and a natural ability to connect with people Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball A genuine desire to grow within the property management industry Why Residence at West Beach We're a close-knit team that takes care of our residents and each other.
