Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent to support leasing activities at our multifamily community. This role focuses on prospect engagement, property tours, applications, follow-ups, and resident service while supporting occupancy and leasing goals. Key Responsibilities Respond to prospect inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups. Conduct property tours and present apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms. Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements. Support the leasing process through move-in. Maintain accurate prospect and resident records. Assist with renewals, transfers, and resident retention. Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions. Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams. Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing activities. Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records. Follow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements. Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals. Required Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred. Bilingual proficiency preferred. Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills. Experience with CRM or property management software preferred. Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail. Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred. Spanish proficiency preferred. Ability to work part-time and meet leasing and customer service expectations.
