Now build a real estate business with the leads, coaching, systems, and accountability to help you succeed. We are looking for a full-time Texas-licensed real estate agent to join our team serving Rockwall and the surrounding area. Newer agents are welcome—we provide the tools, training, and support to help you build momentum, while experienced agents can take advantage of a consistent lead pipeline and established systems. Our agents receive approximately 60-80 leads per month , distributed through a round-robin system, with opportunities across buyers, sellers, and investors. You'll also have access to daily coaching opportunities, lead-generation support, administrative and transaction coordination, marketing resources, and industry technology including PLACE and Brivity . If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to treat real estate like a full-time business, this is an opportunity to build with a team that provides the infrastructure while you focus on generating and converting business. Responsibilities Follow up consistently with assigned leads and work them through the CRM Generate additional business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and your sphere of influence Meet with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, and other client meetings Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage your pipeline Convert leads into appointments, clients, and closed transactions Communicate consistently with clients throughout the buying and selling process Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability Utilize team-provided technology, systems, and marketing resources Maintain the flexibility to meet with clients and handle real estate business as opportunities arise Full-time commitment is expected, typically 40-60 hours per week. Monday through Friday should be primarily focused on lead generation, follow-up, and building your pipeline, while maintaining the flexibility to meet with clients and handle appointments throughout the week. Qualifications Active Texas Real Estate License — Required Full-time availability and commitment — Required Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and driven to generate business Coachable and willing to implement proven systems Comfortable working in a performance-driven, accountable environment Reliable transportation and ability to meet with clients throughout the service area Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required Newer licensed agents are encouraged to apply This is a real estate sales opportunity for currently licensed Texas agents. Applicants who are not currently licensed are not eligible for this position.
