This includes outstanding customer service, performing tours of the property, preparing lease documents, and screening potential tenants to ensure qualification.
Your Tasks:
  • Greet prospective residents, assess their needs and preferences, and qualify them.
  • Daily inspection of models and prepared units to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Tour prospective tenants, understand their needs / wants, and assist them in securing a home.
  • Stay informed about local sub-market conditions, making recommendations for property marketing and enhancing resident satisfaction.
  • Process lease applications, conduct application verifications, and communicate results to prospective residents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, market surveys, and other tasks as directed by the Community Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Regularly inspect the property, submitting reports to the Community Manager to ensure it meets established standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • One or more years of sales experience required.
  • One or more years of customer experience required.
  • One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required. College experience a plus.
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships with individuals and teams both inside and outside the organization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude, pride in achieving results, and a self-starter mindset.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and daily transportation.
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish speaking).
