Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions Manage leads, appointments, and follow-up using our CRM and proven sales systems Partner with our Inside Sales Team to convert qualified opportunities into appointments and showings Conduct property showings and guide clients through the buying or selling process Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful outcomes Participate in weekly coaching and sales training to sharpen your skills and stay current on market trends Use marketing tools and resources to promote listings and generate opportunities Partner with our administrative team to ensure accurate, timely transaction paperwork

Qualifications:
