The Arts at Park Place in Hurst, TX has an immediate need for a Leasing Agent. Ideal candidates will have a background in sales, customer service or hospitality and will be expected to provide positive resident relations while ensuring maximum community occupancy. We are open to full or part-time candidates, but he/she must be open and willing to work on Saturdays.

Duties:

Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
