What's Your Purpose? Engage | Serve | Respond What You Will Do As a Regional Leasing Consultant, you will integrate your customer service, sales, and marketing skills to support our mission while leasing our apartment homes to interested customers. Manage your own success by attaining leasing goals and building rapport with customers and residents. Driven, service-minded individuals who enjoy selling a product they believe in will excel in this position. The Regional Leasing Consultant will report to a Community Director of their assigned property or region. What Your Day Consists Of Greet, qualify, tour and close prospective residents Invite prospects for community tour Record traffic and leasing activity Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial Maintain lease expiration programs Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork Process move-outs Walk through units to ensure they are ready Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums Promote other income items Ensure that the grounds, tour routes, models, leasing carts, and office up to CWS Standard Assist with outreach programs Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competitors Prepare service requests and assigning staff to duties Ensure curb appeal of community Keep up-to-date resident database Participate in risk management program Assist Community Director in managing staff, including mentoring, training and development Make safety a top priority Ensure that the health, well-being, and safety of our team members, residents, contractors, and yourself is foremost in mind in conducting any and all business activities.

What You Bring To Us High School diploma or GED (Required) General knowledge of Property Management Knowledge of on-site management operations or customer service and Yardi software experience (preferred) One year of apartment leasing or customer service experience (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures and practices Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Ability to professionally interact with customers, residents and guests, as needed Ability to maintain professional image Self-confidence and outgoing Assertiveness and Strong customer service orientation Basic Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel experience Ability to perform work responsibilities at locations other than assigned property helpful Ability to travel within major metropolitan area; may be required to attend company functions in cities other than assigned location requiring overnight stays Possess a valid Driver's License with good driving record and current automobile insurance (required) Travel to assigned region up to 75% What We Offer At CWS, our employees are like family. Work Environment Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections. Physical Requirements Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
