Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to help them find suitable properties. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to showcase listings effectively. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details. Keep current with licensing requirements and ongoing education to maintain professional credentials. Promote the agency's brand and services through networking, marketing efforts, and community involvement. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and team members. Customer-focused attitude with a genuine care for people's needs. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and business development. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients. Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently. Willingness to learn about local real estate markets, laws, and best practices. Valid Texas real estate license or actively working toward obtaining one.
