This is a true leadership role. You'll manage agents, run our recruiting pipeline, and own the lead generation and ISA system — working directly alongside Team Leader Ryan Adams. If you build systems, lead people, and hold yourself and your team accountable, we want to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Agent Management & Development Lead weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and pipeline accountability check-ins Monitor agent production, coach to performance, and close gaps Onboard new agents with structured 30/60/90-day plans Develop training programs, scripts, and playbooks that raise team standards Recruiting Build and execute a consistent recruiting strategy for The Adams Group TX and Real Brokerage Maintain a recruiting pipeline through outreach, events, referrals, and social media Conduct recruiting conversations and guide candidates through onboarding Track activity in CRM and report weekly progress to leadership ISA & Lead Generation Management Manage the ISA (Inside Sales Agent) team — call targets, scripts, pipeline accountability Track and optimize ISA performance metrics (calls, contacts, appointments set, conversions) Own the CRM — ensure leads are tagged, distributed, and followed up on team-wide Manage all lead sources (online, inbound, geo-farm, referrals) and report on ROI Identify and implement new lead generation channels to fuel team growth
Requirements:
Active Texas Real Estate License (required) 5+ years of residential real estate experience; 1+ year in a leadership or team role preferred Proven track record of personal production and/or managing a team CRM proficiency (Sierra Interactive, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar) Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in front of a group
Preferred:
Experience managing ISAs or a lead generation operation Recruiting experience or a strong aptitude for it Comfortable with tech stacks and AI-powered tools You're a fit if you are: High-accountability — you can enforce and hold others accoutable. Salary Structure:
You will have a strong base, but also will get a bonus based off of the teams production.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
