Duties Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to promote available properties and answer inquiries with enthusiasm. Conduct property tours, showcasing features and benefits to highlight value propositions effectively. Negotiate lease terms and rental offers, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Manage leasing transactions from initial inquiry through lease signing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Collaborate with the leasing team to develop marketing strategies that attract diverse applicants using digital platforms and local outreach. Stay informed about industry trends, local market analysis, and competitive offerings to optimize leasing strategies and maximize occupancy rates. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, particularly within residential markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools. Handle customer service inquiries via phone and in person Coordinate property maintenance requests, liaising with vendors Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and ethical practices. Organizational skills with administrative experience supporting leasing operations. Pay:
