Responsibilities Include:

Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct engaging property tours and showcase available apartment homes and amenities. Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and personalized communication. Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. Explain lease terms, community policies, and resident expectations. Collect security deposits, rent, and move-in funds. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing records. Stay informed on current pricing, availability, and upcoming vacancies. Assist with resident retention by providing outstanding customer service and supporting renewal efforts. Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding service requests and apartment readiness. Inspect vacant apartments to ensure they are move-in ready. Support marketing initiatives, resident events, outreach efforts, and social media promotions. Conduct market surveys and remain knowledgeable about local competitors. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Help maintain the professional appearance and curb appeal of the community. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Strong sales ability with excellent closing skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (AppFolio experience is a plus). Ability to work some weekends as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Ability to walk the property and conduct apartment tours throughout the day. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
