WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a sales and customer consulting position focused on helping homeowners through the roofing restoration process. Team members are trained to communicate clearly, solve problems professionally, and build trust throughout each project.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing and storm restoration needs Explaining the insurance and project process in a clear, professional way Recommending solutions that match customer needs and property conditions Working alongside experienced mentors through weekly training and field support Every interaction helps strengthen your communication skills, confidence, and professional development.

TRAINING, PAY, AND ADVANCEMENT

New Team Members:

$5,000 to $8,000 per month

Experienced Representatives:

$5,000 to $10,000+ per month

High-Level Producers:

$150,000 to $250,000+ annually
