We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! If you love connecting with people and managing the leasing process from first visit to move-in, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete Use OneSite and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication Help manage community marketing efforts, including: Social media posts Business-to-business outreach Planning resident events with the Property Manager Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming ✅

What We're Looking For:

Leasing experience preferred , but at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required Experience with CRM (Knock) and OneSite is a plus Excellent multitasking and time management skills Friendly, professional communication style A positive, team-oriented attitude with a "get things done" approach Must be available to work Saturdays- we are closed on Sundays!
