Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, providing exceptional client service, and helping keep a busy real estate business running smoothly. The assistant will help coordinate transactions, manage administrative tasks, assist with marketing and social media, and support day-to-day operations so the agent can focus on serving clients and growing the business. Responsibilities
  • Assist with listing input and updates in MLS
  • Coordinate showings, inspections, and appointments
  • Track transaction timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare documents and maintain digital transaction files
  • Communicate with title companies, lenders, and other agents as needed
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with scheduling
  • Coordinate showing confirmations and follow-up
  • Maintain excellent client service throughout the transaction process
  • Assist with post-closing client follow-up
  • Maintain and update CRM/database
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
  • Track business metrics and activity
  • Organize files and maintain systems for efficiency
  • Assist with social media posting and scheduling
  • Coordinate marketing materials for listings
  • Prepare property flyers and listing marketing
  • Help maintain online presence and marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Experience with real estate transactions or MLS preferred
  • Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one Bonus qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools
  • Social media familiarity
Part-time:
approximately 20-30 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule depending on business needs
Compensation:
approximately $20/hour plus performance bonuses Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who:
