Proactively follow up with incoming leads to maximize conversion (speed to lead is crucial!). Conduct buyer and seller consultations to accurately assess client needs. Show homes, host open houses, and expertly negotiate contracts. Participate in weekly training and team meetings to continuously enhance your skills. Manage client relationships from the initial call through to the closing table.Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License (Required) Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies. Previous sales experience is advantageous, but we prioritize the right attitude and provide training.Job Type:
Full-time Compensation:
$65,000 - $215,000+ annually (Commission-based potential)Benefits:
