Job Description

  • Maintain accurate resident records and lease files
  • Assist with collect rent, handle delinquent accounts, oversee submission of invoices and oversight of bill pay for the apartment complex.
  • Update on daily basis all rents, deposits and application fees received from residents.
  • Ensure balance dues, and door knocking are being completed weekly
  • Ensure renewal notices are going out monthly
  • Maintains positive customer relations
  • Oversees all marketing on the property- daily updates
  • Answers phones when necessary and deal with tenant issues
  • Maintains awareness of local markets and provides feedback
  • Organizes and files all applicable reports, leases and paperwork
  • Assist Manager implement strategies to attract tenants and keeping renters from moving by launching promotions and showing vacancies to potential tenants, offering move-in specials and developing apartment-community programs.
  • Send weekly notices to tenants owing balances
  • Run monthly Renewal Worksheet, and send letters to tenants
  • Walking property daily to ensure curb appeal and safety standards are met.
  • Inspecting units as needed
  • Check traffic cards for follow up and entered daily
  • Review and or process all rental applications, by community standards to unsure quality
