• $100k) Own the Territory Our client is an established Central Texas B2B promotional/specialty goods company looking for a sales professional to take ownership of their Waco-area territory.

You'll manage and grow an existing base of loyal accounts while actively building new business across the region — this is a true 50/50 role between nurturing what's already there and going out and earning more. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for an established base of B2B accounts across Central Texas, keeping relationships strong and business growing Proactively prospect for new business through networking, community relationships and door-to-door visits — this role rewards someone who isn't afraid to get in the door Build and execute your own territory plan, balancing account service with new-business hunting day to day Represent the company as the face of the territory, from first handshake to closed deal Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts as well as bring on new ones What We're Looking For Proven sales experience — B2B experience is a strong plus, but we're open on background and level, from hands-on territory reps to sales managers ready for a new challenge A curious attitude — someone who asks good questions, builds real relationships, and isn't satisfied with "no" Comfortable with face-to-face selling and networking, not just phone/email outreach Self-starter who can manage a territory with minimal hand-holding Based in or willing to work throughout the Waco/Central Texas area Compensation & Structure Base salary $50k

• $65k, depending on experience level, plus commission Total compensation for this territory has historically ranged between $50k
