Job Description

Job Overview What if your next sales role helped someone build a more independent life? At Daymark Living every new resident represents a family taking a meaningful step forward. We are looking for an outgoing, persistent salesperson who can turn that purpose into conversations, tours and move-ins. Daymark Living is a residential community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Residents have opportunities to grow their independence, build friendships and connect with the community around them. Families come to us with important questions and big hopes. You job is to help them see whether Daymark is the right place for their loved one. This position builds trust with the families, creating relationships with referral partners and following up with the kind of energy that moves decisions forward. If you have helped lease up or stabilize a community, we would love to hear from you. You will thrive in this position if you are warm, easy to talk to and you genuinely care about the people you service. Responsibilities Connect with prospective residents and families by phone, email and in person; listen closely, answer questions and confidently ask for the next step. Lead compelling tours and guide families through the application and move-in process with care and urgency. Build a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach to programs, facilities and other referral sources servicing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Follow up with every lead, manage your pipeline in CRM and use conversation data to spot what is working and where to improve. Partner with the onsite team on stories, photos and community events that help families understand life at Daymark. Manage the relationship with Daymark's digital marketing agency, coordinating campaigns, sharing feedback and helping ensure advertising efforts generate qualified leads. Experience Previous experience in apartment leasing, senior living leasing or a closely related sales role. A track record of turning leads and tours into leases or move-ins. Experience in helping improve or stabilize occupancy is especially valuable. Confidence making outbound calls, follow up consistently, handling objections and asking for commitment. Strong organization and comfort using a CRM to manage a pipeline and maintain clear, timely notes. Why Join Dyamark? This role pairs a strong base salary with a performance-based bonus, so your sales results can increase your earnings. It also offers a clear path to grow into broader sales and marketing leadership, including a potential path to Marketing Director for someone who delivers results and wants to take on more responsibility. Most of all, you will be able to see the people behind the numbers. If you're interested, please apply with your resume and tell us about a time you turned interest into move-ins, increased occupancy or won a sale that took persistence. We also would love to hear what motivates you about Daymark!
