You will be working closely with prospective tenants, showing properties, qualifying applicants and sending leases, performing property inspections, and performing various other office/management related tasks Duties Advertise properties, respond to leads, schedule tours, and notify current tenants. Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to attract qualified applicants. Communicate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions to secure lease agreements. Manage the leasing process from application submission through approval, ensuring all documentation complies with Fair Housing regulations and legal standards. Utilize sales technology and advertising and scheduling systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage client data efficiently. Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate maintenance inspections, move-in procedures/inspections, and various other tasks. Stay informed about industry trends, local market analysis, and the company's rental portfolio to provide clients with expert guidance. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills in (multi-lingual a plus). Proficiency in Google suite and familiarity with marketing technology and scheduling tools. Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and residential lease transactions. Ability to analyze the local real estate market and industry trends confidently. Strong client rapport building skills coupled with excellent customer service orientation. Experience practicing real estate or managing real estate teams is a plus but not required.
