Leasing Consultant Location :

Salt Lake City, UT Schedule :

Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with a floating day off during the week and Sundays off

Pay Range :

$20.00hr to $22.00hr The Pitch You're the first face a prospect sees and the reason they sign the lease. As our Leasing Consultant, you'll lead tours, sell the community, and help residents feel at home from day one — no two days the same, lots of people time, real ownership over the leasing process. What You'll Do Lead tours for walk-ins and scheduled prospects, and guide them from interest to signed application Keep the CRM (Entrata) updated and stay sharp on leasing policies and screening requirements Shop competitor properties and watch the market to help keep units filled Get out into the community weekly for outreach marketing Keep online listings, signage, and social media fresh and accurate Walk move-in ready units and lead welcoming move-in orientations Keep the property looking sharp — model units, curb appeal, tour-ready homes Support resident events and retention efforts What You Bring 2+ years of customer service/sales experience Property management experience a plus, not required — we'll train you Strong communication skills (phone, written, in person) Comfortable learning new software and tech tools Valid driver's license and insurance, or reliable transportation Able to pass a criminal background check Good to Know On-site role, regular mix of office and walking the property Some outdoor exposure in all weather Occasional travel to other nearby HSR properties
