Experience:
Master the "art of the tour" by curating personalized, high-energy walkthroughs and maintaining a "flawless-first-impression" standard across the Welcome Center and show units.
Digital Brand Ownership:
Take the lead on our social identity. You won't just "monitor" platforms; you'll drive the property's presence on Instagram and TikTok, building authentic connections with local Clarendon businesses and influencers.
Seamless Onboarding:
Own the move-in journey from "Hello" to "Handover." You'll navigate the administrative suite (screenings, compliance, and Yardi ledgers) with precision to ensure our residents' first day is their best day.
Strategic Retention:
Partner with the Property Manager to run proactive renewal campaigns that convert one-year leases into long-term residencies.
Reporting Requirements Market Insight:
Act as the eyes and ears of the Clarendon submarket. You'll translate weekly market surveys and prospect feedback into actionable data that influences our leasing strategy.
Asset Evolution:
Don't just report—recommend. Use your front-line knowledge of resident needs to suggest capital improvements and "lifestyle upgrades" for common areas.
Operational Synergy:
Bridge the gap between the front office and the maintenance team, ensuring unit turnovers and move-out inspections are coordinated to the fullest.
Community & Sense of Belonging Local Influencer:
Stay ahead of the curve on Arlington's newest coffee shops, gyms, and nightlife. You aren't just selling an apartment; you're selling the 22201 lifestyle.

Collaborate on high-impact monthly resident events that foster real community, think rooftop socials, local pop-ups, and wellness activations.
Resident Advocacy:
Build genuine relationships with our residents, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring any concerns are addressed promptly and with empathy. In addition to the above, you will be expected to execute all other duties as assigned from time to time to ensure adequate property management operations are maintained.

You bring 3+ years of high-end leasing expertise, ideally within the luxury or "Class A" multifamily space. You understand the nuances of the "white-glove" experience and know how to navigate a competitive Arlington market.
The Tech Stack:
You are digitally fluent. You've mastered Yardi, and you can use the Google Productivity Suite to keep your business organized and your reporting sharp.
The Communicator:
You possess a "high-touch" communication style. Whether you're drafting a community-wide update, closing a deal over email, or handling a sensitive resident conversation in person, your delivery is polished, professional, and persuasive.
The Visionary:
You are a quick study with a "founder's mindset." You don't just follow the playbook; you look for ways to improve the resident experience and streamline operations.
The Foundation:
You hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred, but your track record of success is what matters most).
Energy & Presence Active Engagement:
You'll be on the move—leading high-energy tours across our community, showcasing amenities, and staying on your feet to greet prospects and residents with a "white-glove" welcome.
Professional Agility:
Whether you're setting up for a curated resident event, refreshing a "show-ready" apartment, or handling occasional light deliveries (up to 10 lbs), you bring a "can-do" spirit to every task.
Focused Productivity:
Between the tours and the networking, you are equally comfortable managing high-level administrative work and digital outreach from your workspace for extended periods.
